Galal Academy is operated by Galal Consulting LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. These terms apply to recurring Galal Academy products, including SAP System Access. By completing checkout, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the price, billing interval, automatic-renewal terms and cancellation method displayed before payment.
1. Subscription and automatic renewal
The monthly SAP Access plan is charged at €60 when you subscribe and automatically renews at €60 each month. The three-month plan is charged at €150 when you subscribe and automatically renews at €150 every three months. Renewal continues until you cancel.
2. Renewal reminders and receipts
We send a reminder approximately seven days before each scheduled renewal. Stripe sends a payment receipt and paid invoice after the initial payment and every successful renewal. You are responsible for keeping your email address and payment method current.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel future renewal at any time from your Galal Academy billing account and Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access continues until that date. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date shown in your account and reminder email.
4. Payments and refunds
Subscription fees already charged are non-refundable and are not prorated for an unused part of a billing period, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us promptly so we can investigate it.
5. Taxes
Galal Academy currently does not add VAT or sales tax to the displayed subscription price at checkout. You remain responsible for any tax that applicable law requires you to report or pay directly. If our collection obligations change, the checkout will show any applicable tax before you confirm payment.
6. Provisioning and access
SAP access is provisioned manually after successful payment. Connection details are personal and must not be shared. Galal Academy may suspend access for non-payment, misuse, security risk or violation of these terms.
7. Training environment
The SAP system is a shared training environment, not a production system. Availability, configuration and learning content may change as the environment is maintained and improved.
8. Applicable terms
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Galal Consulting LLC, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
